During the fall break, we visited a friend who had moved to Milan, Italy. We spent 5 days in Venice and 2 days in Milan.

Mom and Dad Porath spent a week exploring the Baltics with us. We road tripped to Riga, Latvia; Tallin, Estonia; and Helsinki, Finland.

Wisconsin, Seattle - USA

We were back home for the summer, we spent our first week in Seattle attending the NECC Conference and visiting Sue's friend Patty. We took a trip to Mt. Ranier and went to a Mariners game. The rest of the summer was pretty normal, however we did buy a new truck!

Who would have thought the ENTIRE city of Frankfurt was sold out of rooms for a week? But, it forced us to visit the lovely town of Wiesbaden, only an hour outside of Frankfurt. It had an amazing spa, great sandwiches and pastries, plus, uninterrupted reading time.

London - our closest English language contact, and a great place for pubbing!
